77 MAYFAIR is a collection of seven super prime luxury residences in the heart of Mayfair, just off Hyde Park. Completed in 2016, the pent­house sold for £25m (equivalent to £7k per sq ft - an all time record for Mayfair property prices).

The brief from the developer Luxlo was to create a brand identity for this unique development, and to carry it through to designs for the building's architectural detailing including a huge cast bronze frieze for the front entrance, its cast metal window screens, cast wall lamps and
bespoke door handles.
